As the weekend came to a close, the teams took stock. Engineers gathered all the information they could, drivers made assessments of their own driving from the onboard cameras that had recorded their every move. Other team members assessed the damage done to their cars as they were returned to the pit area, whilst the last of the races for the weekend drew to a close.

The rain finally held off, though continued to threaten, whilst drivers finally managed to keep themselves on the track with the driving line drying off enough.

Trailers were filled by those needing to make a move on to the next track, the next race. Some went to Brands Hatch, others headed north, whilst a few packed up and left for their summer holidays, knowing that they would be back in time for their next race of the season.

Most of the crashes occured at Quarry corner, with the occassional occuring at Tower corner, or on the s-bend between the two.
