The architecture unfolds gradually, beginning with an open-water arrival before revealing a sequence of carefully composed spaces that blur the boundaries between indoors and outdoors. Natural stone, timber and bamboo combine with sculptural forms inspired by coral formations, creating residences that feel rooted in the island rather than placed upon it.
