Whether marking a special occasion or simply trying something new, Savage Garden unveils its latest food and cocktail menu,“ Come As You Art”, a concept centred around intuitive drinking and dining, blending creativity with playful, art-led touches.
Set on its rooftop terrace, the experience is paired with sweeping views across London, including Tower Bridge and The Shard.
Rooted in the idea that art is shaped by feeling, memory and instinct, the new menu invites guests to follow what draws them in. Each dish and cocktail is designed to be interpreted individually. The food offering delivers a playful, flavourled selection of dishes designed for sharing.
Central to the concept is a globally inspired cocktail list, designed to encourage exploration over expectation, with each serve priced at £ 17. Signature drinks such as Copa Banana, Sandita and Tikka Gwaan offer bold, layered flavour profiles. While creations like Pop Seduction, Zima Blue and The Blind Spot push boundaries through unexpected combinations and striking presentation.
The menu also introduces Cocktail Crossovers, a playful reimagining of classics, including Margarita vs. Hemingway, Piña Colada vs. Batida and Vesper vs. Gimlet, offering a fresh perspective on familiar favourites.
For those opting for a non-alcoholic experience, the Sober Sips selection, priced at £ 13. Features equally expressive options such as Orange Disaster # 2 and Awakenings, delivering complexity and creativity without compromise.
“ Come As You Art” brings a fresh, immersive dimension to the capital’ s drinking and dining scene, where every choice is guided not by rules, but by instinct.
Highlights include steamed bao buns with slow braised beef brisket, seaweed and onion squid with garlic aioli, and truffle and mushroom arancini. Alongside standout comfort led plates such as the Savage Hot Dog with Chorizo Crumble and the Red One Pulled Brisket Burger. Lighter options including Grilled Halloumi with Pear and Apricot, Cauliflower Wings and Focaccia Flatbreads with Truffle Mushroom or Artichoke Cream bring balance to the menu.
