The principal suite is a true urban sanctuary, the bedroom painted in a deep inky green, spotlit by LEDs and with floor-to-ceiling glazing, bespoke built-in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with freestanding elliptical bathtub. With an interiors scheme by Michaelis Boyd, inspired by 1930s and 1950s design motifs, exposed brick and steelwork create an industrial warehouse aesthetic. Crittall-style internal screens and doors allow light to filter in, with light-toned wooden herringbone flooring underfoot and kitchen tiling echoing the brick, with flashes of copper accents.
The lower floor of the penthouse is dedicated to the showstopping 30ft 1in by 16ft 8in open-plan reception and kitchen space, with 2.73m( 8.96ft) ceiling heights and floor-to-ceiling aluminium-framed windows. The streamlined kitchen features minimalist white cabinetry, with a breakfast bar easily able to seat four, and access to a spacious terrace. A guest WC is also found at this level.
The bedroom accommodation on the eighth floor is contemporary, yet opulent, showcasing again an elegant industrial aesthetic that makes no compromises on comfort.
