To start, I ordered the scallops, which turned out to be one of the highlights of the entire visit. Cooked perfectly, they were tender and full of rich flavour, beautifully balanced and plated. My main course— the steak— was cooked with the same precision. It arrived exactly as ordered, with a great sear on the outside and a tender, flavourful centre. Dining in a setting as elegant and serene as Eastwell Manor’ s dining room only made the experience more enjoyable. The pace of service was relaxed but attentive, allowing us to savour each course without feeling rushed.
We stayed in one of the Manor Luxe Rooms and it felt just perfect for our stay— elegant, spacious, and beautifully appointed. The room was in a prime location within the manor house, and from the moment we entered, we appreciated how generous the layout was: plenty of space around the bed and sitting area, giving us room to settle in, unpack, and truly relax. The bed was extremely and everything inside— from the plush towels, robes and slippers to the luxury toiletries— felt carefully chosen and high quality.
One of the things I loved most was the view: many Manor Luxe Rooms offer breathtaking views over the elegantly landscaped gardens, and waking up to that serene greenery was a wonderful reminder of why we came.
