Location: Çiftçi Towers, Zincirlikuyu – Istanbul’ s premier high-rise development, designed by John McAslan + Partners with engineering by ARUP.
Located in one of Istanbul’ s most exclusive high-rise developments, this 346 m ² residence reimagines domestic space as an immersive spatial composition— where steel, glass, and reflection set the tone for a new kind of urban luxury. Designed by interior designer Noyan Berkman, the apartment occupies a prime corner unit in Çiftçi Towers, a landmark complex by British firm John McAslan + Partners and global engineering studio ARUP. With full-length glass walls and mirrored ceilings, the apartment feels more like a floating sculpture than a home— a gravity-defying experience that blurs the line between architecture, art, and atmosphere.
Commissioned by a bold, culturally attuned client, the apartment was designed to feel cinematic by day, atmospheric by night, and always in dialogue with the city beyond. Spread across a master bedroom, guest bedroom, private gym, and expansive living and entertaining areas, the apartment was designed not just as a place to live, but as a sculptural environment— balancing sharp material expression with calm, curated rhythm.
