Set in Hebilköy; one of Bodrum’ s most discreet and desirable coves, the Caja Model House offers a first look into a new standard of coastal living. Conceived by the renowned hotel group Maxx Royal, the development consists of 36 luxury villas designed by architect Han Tümertekin, with interiors for the model house entrusted to Noyan Berkman. Created as the showcase for the entire project, the model house reflects the core spatial and material vision of Caja— one that blends the seamless comfort of high-end hospitality with the intimacy and stillness of a private home.
