The polished chamfering on the top edges of the bracelet and case catches the light, producing a ribbon of reflections.
Honeycomb motif dial The identity of the Land-Dweller is fully revealed by careful observation of the dial details. Framed by an angled flange, the watch face features a geometric pattern in the form of a honeycomb motif in subtle relief. On the versions with a Chromalight display, the open numerals and index hour markers are luminescent, granting optimal legibility in any situation. The hands are also luminescent and have been specially designed for the watch.
At once sleek, elegant, technical and contemporary, the Land-Dweller is bestowed with a universal personality that makes it the perfect watch for every occasion.
ONCE UPON A FIRST TIME
A ceramic dial. A dedicated seven-piece link bracelet. Original combinations of materials, colours and finishings. So many firsts in the history of Rolex come as an invitation to look afresh at some of the brand’ s iconic models.
This year’ s creations spark a palette of new sensations, thanks to the expertise found across all departments at Rolex. A manufactory of emotions rooted in a multitude of achievements, made possible by the in-house technical knowledge and skill in all aspects of watchmaking.
THE GMT-MASTER II
The perfect match
Rolex has chosen to introduce its very first ceramic dial on an 18 ct white gold version of the Oyster Perpetual GMT-Master II. In the same material, with the same green colour and the same lustre, this Cerachrom dial and the daytime half of the green and black bezel insert echo each other perfectly.
Betokening the technical prowess of the brand’ s engineers, this visual harmony stems from the mastery of high-technology ceramic: the dial and the bezel insert are made of exactly the same material. This new dial makes its debut on a
GMT-Master II with the winding crown on the left, similarly to the introduction of the green and black bezel insert in 2022. The version presented this year is fitted on an Oyster bracelet with an Oysterlock safety clasp.
Thanks to the additional hand that displays a second time zone, the GMT-Master II helps travellers to attune the changing times on their journey to the immutable temporality of others. In its new version with a perfect pairing of dial and bezel, this watch continues to foster interconnectedness, inviting permanency regardless of distance and time differences.
