The Residence “ Borgo da Mare ” is located in the historic center of the municipality of Monteprandone ( province Ascoli Piceno , Marche ), a medieval stronghold overlooking the Sea Adriatico of San Bendetto del Tronto .
The residence was founded in 2008 following the restoration of two houses , architectural beauties from the 1500s , which shared , among other things , the only large garden in the historic center of the town . The latter is geographically located on a hill with sea views on the border between Marche and Abruzzo in central Italy , just 4km from San Benedetto del Tronto and the sea .
The Borgo Da Mare residence is made up of 11 holiday homes and two double bedrooms .
