The Breitling Kitchen Geneva offers a regional menu inspired by street food in collaboration with the renowned French- Colombian star chef Juan Arbeláez . The restaurant is run by Nicolas Faure , a graduate from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne and restaurateur and owner of three establishments in Geneva . It is open Tuesday to Saturday , from 10 a . m . to 10 p . m .
