Restaurant and Private Beach Members Club , Gipsy Grove ( aka Gipsy ’ s ), will launch their first venture into the restaurant and retail hospitality arena . Eden Grove , a 20 acre eco mini city is a $ 100M development consisting of 150 homes , hotel , spa & wellness , retail , restaurants , sporting facility , cinema and more .
Grove Group Developments has expanded into luxury communities , designing and building homes for clients at £ 5M + villas within Sandy Lane Estate and Apes Hill . Two further huge development projects are also currently being negotiated . Gibbs Grove Hotel will be a 23 unit private residence / hotel with a European style rooftop and epic West Coast sea views .
