Her career began in the arts with acting , directing and singing , founding her own theater group and writing her own plays . She later embarked on a classical management career , rising to the position of Deputy Managing Director for a Swiss construction company with 250 employees . Kristina used this platform to champion women through leadership roles , entrepreneurial growth , and personal development . Her passion always remainded in the arts , and Thaden is the link between both lives .
