This year we ’ re also launching our Rooftop Terrace with a specially curated series of events through-out the summer which will really make it a destination in its own right . The Rooftop Summer Series will see us taking last year ’ s successful partnership with The Sunshine Collective ( SUCO ) to the next level with unique wellness evenings every full moon , which include a SUCO session followed by Nobu Bento Boxes , cocktails and live music . A great opportunity to combine wellness and a fun night out with a like minds crowd . And we will be doing the same with new sound healing events celebrating the new moon and outdoor cinema movie nights , featuring Co-Founder Robert De Niro classics .
Q : Could you tell us a little about the culinary experiences on offer at the Hotel and how influential the Island is to your menus ?
Outstanding gastronomy is what Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay is renowned for . We of course have the Nobu Restaurant and Bibo by Dani Garcia , this combined with our
beachfront chiringuito Chambao our other food offerings , make us an all-day dining destination for both hotel guests and those visiting the island .
Flavours and ingredients from the island inspire a number of dishes at Nobu so while guests can expect a selection of Nobu favourites – such as the Black Cod Miso and Yellowtail Sashimi – there ’ s also some dishes exclusive to Ibiza , including and locally sourced Creamy Spicy King Crab . We also take pride in working with a number of local farmers and suppliers so our menus guarantee fresh , seasonal flavours .
Bibo by the Michelin-Starred Dani Garcia is back this year with a new menu inspired
by local produce and island flavours and of course we also have everyone ’ s favourite sunny weekend hangout , Chambao , perfect for family dining with it`s incredible paellas , seafood BBQs and other sharing dishes .
