Overlooking the outdoor infinity pool , the living and dining areas were zoned off through the addition of a dividing wall . A double-sided fireplace offers visual flow between the two spaces and allows them to share the abundant natural light of the property ’ s ground floor . A bespoke 5.1 metre sofa in a performance velvet is complemented by a 6x4 metre rug , creating an oversized and grand focal point . A pair of Loom Empire coffee tables were designed with a light oak top and antique brass frame to sit comfortably in front of the U-shaped sofa . Adjacent to the living area , a small , casual cocktail area was created by adding a smoked eucalyptus bar cabinet by Laskasas and bespoke swivel armchairs with contrast piping .
To balance the simple , clean lines and neutral colour scheme in the ground floor space , Smania dining chairs in a vibrant teal were included alongside a 3 metre marble dining table .
The grand entrance hall was dressed with a driftwood veneer sideboard by Caracole and custom velvet banquette seating , designed specifically for the space and handmade in the UK .
The principal bedroom and dressing room , located on the upper floor , feature a pale green and blush scheme complemented by natural materials to heighten the refined and opulent feel . The bespoke four-poster bed frame was commissioned in a hand-polished antique brass finish and sits in front of a mirrored feature wall . The room was furnished with capiz shell Bernhardt Adagio Nightstands , luxury upholstery and Murano glass table lamps with silk shades .
