The V8-engined MkIII is priced from £ 123,950 on-the-road and features a wider body with wider wings and wheel arches , side exiting exhaust pipes , and is the only Cobra replica built under license from Carroll Shelby Licensing Inc . Paired with a Tremec fivespeed transmission , independent front and rear suspension and Wildwood power-assist disc brakes , the MkIII has the performance capabilities to live up to its predecessor ’ s racing prowess .
