Luxury polo shirt specialist Niccolò P . launched in 2018 and quickly amassed a loyal following for its ‘ structured polo ’. With an eye on sustainable ( and transparent ) manufacture and retail , the range is entirely knitted in Italy and hand-made in Portugal . Custom colours are added to fine fabrics and bespoke-level details such as flat-felled seams incorporated as standard . The ‘ structure ’ means the polos are smart enough to go from relaxed meeting to the rooftop bars of the city and from airport lounge to poolside . The brand name derives from Niccolò Polo , an Italian travelling merchant best known as the father of explorer Marco Polo . Travelling is a personal passion of founder Pascal Keane , and the polo shirts are perfect for all travel needs : expertly threading ( sic ) a line between smart and relaxed , and always distinctive . The stainless steel structure is the fil rouge of the project , totally covered with a slightly padded rope weave . An enveloping design whose materials are reminiscent of the nautical world . The visual lightness of the woven structure is counterpointed by generously padded seat and back cushions .
