Other completed hospitality works include resorts on the Arabian Gulf , and Dubai ’ s exclusive Palm Jumeirah Island , where they have completed real estate valued at over half a billion US Dollars . With their most recent beachfront residential development “ XXII Carat ” for the Forum Group , being named as Dubai ’ s most luxurious gated community .
Comprising 22 seven-bedroom spacious villas , complemented by a central boutique hotel the architectural style has a Mediterranean influence , reflected in the massing and elevation treatments , offering a low rise , low density development that provides extended landscaped areas with abundant trees , grass lawns , fragrant seasonal beds and private pools to all .
Tangram ’ s core principles of sustainable development and green building design have been implemented . Ample shaded areas are provided to protect from direct sun and maximize outdoor activities . Natural colours and materials have been used to allow the villas to blend with their shoreline settings and landscape .
The homes are all detached and have been crafted and elevated maximising the spectacular sea views and offering private beach access for all .
This is the only luxury development in Dubai to introduce unique La Cornue kitchen appliances , the unquestionable choice of Michelin star chefs , and incorporates US $ 1 Million , Italian handcrafted crystal bath tubs that have been installed to each master bathroom .
