Mallion & Knowles is delighted to be exhibiting for the fourth consecutive year at HIX London, continuing to celebrate the best of British craftsmanship, creativity, and design innovation.
Based in the North West of England, Mallion & Knowles has become synonymous with luxury, quality, and bespoke artistry. Specialising in hand-painted and digitally printed fabrics and wallpapers, the company takes pride in delivering distinctive and sophisticated design solutions for the interior design and hospitality sectors.
Each creation is led by the company’ s in-house designer and colourist, Barry Ward, whose deep knowledge and decades of experience in the textile trade ensure that every project reflects the client’ s unique vision. His handpainted designs, combined with the company’ s advanced digital printing capabilities, enable Mallion & Knowles to offer both tradition and modernity in perfect harmony.
One of their standout collaborations includes a partnership with the Chicago and London-based design house Meredith, working with Erin and the team in Chicago to create a bespoke tropical mural for the Coral Sand Resort in the Bahamas. This striking project perfectly illustrates the company’ s ethos— bringing vision to life through dedication, skill, and artistry.
Mallion & Knowles is proud to be a member of both the British Institute of Interior Design( BIID) and Anti Copying in Design( ACID), reflecting its ongoing commitment to excellence, professionalism, and protecting original design integrity.
The company offers digital printing on a wide range of base fabrics, with lead times of just three to four working days. Their wallpaper range, available in a matt finish( 50cm x 10.2m rolls) and other finishes upon request, is supplied within two weeks – ensuring both flexibility and quality for every project.
