DESIGN ELEMENTS AND SPATIAL SOLUTIONS
One of the most striking features of the apartment is the media room , located at the back end of the sitting room . Despite being an enclosed space , it maintains an open feel through the use of a glass wall , ensuring visual continuity with the rest of the home . This design choice preserves the sense of openness that the family desired , even in a more intimate setting .
This retreat , characterised by its bright and tranquil aesthetic , served as an inspiration for the owners to create a beachside counterpart in Miami .
