Tanned and finished in Tuscany , Italy , our Classic Croc is a luxurious pure aniline polished leather suitable for upholstery . We searched far and wide to discover an embossment plate that was possible to cover a whole hide , with no repeat pattern ! Perfect for those larger panel upholstery jobs . What we were looking for , was a leather specifically for applications where the hide required would present the look and feel of how leather once was . Not over pigmented and not modern looking enough to be confused with the existing everyday offerings that are flooding the market currently . These hides are produced on smaller whole veals , averaging 35 to 40 sqft . Our Classic Croc has a matte appearance with a medium handle and is available in 11 stunning colours . AN ECLECTIC RANGE FROM ELSTEAD LIGHTING
Quintessentiale is an eclectic and curated range from Elstead Lighting . Featured is the Skye 6 light cluster pendant which is designed by Californian Lisa McDennon and produced by Hinkley Lighting . Each clear open globe is encircled with a slender ring in a subtle Heritage Brass finish . The opening is off-centre and the globes fall to different lengths that can be adjusted with the cinching ring . I have always loved art , music , and nature . A place of calm , driving my creativity as well . Self-taught , I painted a few pieces several years ago . After working in office environments for 20 years , painting took a whole new meaning for me and developed into so much more in 2019 while spending time with my mom during her end stage cancer . Painting calmed my mind and helped me cope with the difficult reality ahead . I truly believe it was a spiritual occurrence as part of a preparation for me , of my mother ’ s passing . It was an interesting and special thing Mom and I shared together , as she also painted - a very talented oil artist for most of her life . She was very happy about me discovering this art outlet and growing in it . It became a passion of mine , and I am glad she got to witness it ! It was very clear this was to be a real purpose in my life going forward . I am blessed with some of her talent and it helps me feel her presence , a legacy living on .
