LISTED VILLA HOLLAND PARK

PROJECT DESIGNED BY 23 + GS / 318 318 . STUDIO
On the principal floor , an impressive dining room with vaulted ceiling , a bright living room fringed with French doors and the airy two-storey atrium are arranged around the kitchen - the literal and figurative centre of the home .
From here , a sculptural staircase with glass treads , descends towards a large family room , gym and a guest suite which feel an integral part of the home . These formerly dark and unloved rooms were transformed by light from above and a renewed connection to the rear garden by way of a gently sloping planted terrace .
