Last year saw a fondness of grey and
‘greige’ with cold metals complementing
these colours in lighting and decorative
accessories. However, 2020 is celebrating
warmer metals with golds, coppers and
brass taking a front seat. These colours are
the ideal partner for the soft furnishings of
the bedroom, to be used for table lamps
or ceiling fixtures, creating a welcoming

trend for both lighting and interior design
for 2020. The key to effectiveness for this
trend is geometric shapes with clean lines,
they should be bold and sharp shapes to
balance the softness of the bedroom. The
