TOWER BRIDGE PENTHOUSE

TG-Studio (London) were tasked with the interior design by Berkeley Homes
to make this a very special penthouse for this stunning 5200 sq.ft. duplex
penthouse at a new development just a few steps from London’s iconic
Tower Bridge.
Through the selection of wall finishes, furniture and accessories we wanted
to create a sense of uniqueness and understated luxury for this show
apartment that would appeal to investors both within the UK and abroad.
The property has a grand entrance hall complete with stunning
architecturally designed l spiral staircase which leads up to an unusually
large 4000 sq.ft. terrace with outdoor kitchen and dining space for twelve,
affording panoramic views of London taking in almost every major London
landmark. The key here was to zone the space into a relaxing area complete
with Jacuzzi and sculpture garden, and a party area.
On the main living floor below there is an open plan living/dining space and
kitchen as well as three large en-suite bedrooms and dressing rooms as well
as a wrap-around balcony on some 2000 sq.ft.
