Kemmlit Fit For Purpose For Leisure
Centre Refurb
The Spa at Beckenham in
Kent, is an award winning
leisure centre operated by
Mytime Active, and features
two swimming pools, a
fitness suite, badminton
court and a bar and
restaurant.
To maintain the Spa’s high
standards, Kemmlit’s Cronus
Glass Cubicles and Type R
lockers were specified as part
of a recent refurbishment of
the centre. Project architects
Arkon Associates, selected
Kemmlit’s Cronus cubicles
in a white glass finish for
the male and female shower
rooms and Type R lockers in
grey, blue and white for the
changing rooms.
The Cronus cubicle system
is so versatile and flexible
it can be used for either dry
or wet areas. The panels are
made from 8mm or 12mm
toughened safety glass with
a satin anodised aluminium
supporting structure. A 13mm
solid grade laminate panel
option is also available.
