Exciting Design Collaboration
We're pleased to announce that Woven Image have
collaborated with Australian-based studio bangdesign
to create a series of 'pentagon' inspired interior textile
designs.
Here’s a selection of products available:
Cellular - a peel 'n' stick 12mm acoustic panel featuring
organic, pentagram-shaped cut-outs. It is designed for
pattern repeat along large partioning surfaces and can
be easily trimmed to finish. Cut-outs can be filled with
five-sided fellow Penta tile, in varying colours, to create
striking puzzle effects.
Mura Glow - a non-woven wall covering and acoustic
solution by bangdesign for Woven Image. Featuring
the tessellated pentagram pattern in a solid line over
gradient layers creating a luminous glow through the
line-work. Available in 10 colourways.

Feelgood Designs
In 1951, Gian Franco Legler (italo-swiss) designed a chair
for the Basket restaurant in Italy, which gave its name to the
chair and fame throughout Europe. After receiving MoMA’s
‘Good Design Award’ (1953), the chair had a successful
career in the US and is since then part of their permanent
collection. Recently, the Basket chair returned to its roots.
The original rattan indoor version is completed by the
outdoor version in high quality, UV-resistant polyethylene.
Where the original comes with a black frame, this year
new colors were added to the outdoor range: white frame/
honey or white shell. The Basket chair is stackable and not
unimportant, easy to maintain.
