Hind Rabii unveils latest lighting designs
at Maison & Objet Paris January 2016 Hall
7 Stand K38
Complementing her technical and authentic design ethos and mantra
to offer a wide range of lighting options to her clientele, HIND RABII
is unveiling new additions to her Belle D’l and Ya Ya Collections while
debuting her Ice Absolu xture at the world renowned design show,
Maison & Objet Paris, 22-26 January, 2016.
The Belle D’l Collection combines metalized tints and transparency,
which blend together harmoniously, creating a modern yet
sophisticated collection. ‘‘The sensual hips of this model make it quite
unique,’’ described HIND RABII, who has added four new colors to the
range.
The Ya Ya Collection re ects HIND RABII’s desire to create pieces that are
both graphic and contemporary. Freed from constraints and shapes,
these lights are an example of absolute creativity. Flat and metallic,
these unique sconces reveal a mirror nuance, creating games of re
ection and light for a truly warm magical ambiance. Comprised of three
unique forms, they are covered in gold, black chrome and copper leaf.
Ice Absolu is one of HIND RABII’s newest designs. This stunning, hanging
xture is a combination of pale metallic and glass. It’s simple and clean
lines make Ice Absolu a perfect t in both classic and contemporary
interiors.
Since 1997, HIND RABII has dedicated her efforts to creating lighting
that explores the relationship between technology and authentic
materials. With an open, unbiased mind, RABII has carved wood, bent
copper wire, stretched textiles and forged steel to create the most
innovative sources of light available.
With an industrial engineering degree from the Institut Supérieur
Industriel in Belgium, it was HIND RABII’S technical expertise,
combined with creativity that guided her simple aim: to offer Beliganmade lighting options that represent her high standard of excellence
with a re ned touch of luxury.
HIND RABII speaks to you, whether you are an architect, interior
designer, artist, theater director or lighting connoisseur, so that
together, you can go beyond the technical to arrive at the essential:
EMOTION.
