It’s been forty-three years
Since we moved to our town
A realtor to be
Agencies all around
Went to this office and that,
Looking for just the right fit,
Walked into MAX SPANN
and just knew that was it!
Max was more than the owner -
A great person and friend.
He introduced me to the Arc
And forever we would blend
So generous to the Arc
Max shared his gifts with us all
He played quite a big role
Making the Arc grow so tall
Our family is grateful
How we wish Max was here,
But we’re sure he's aware
To this honor we all cheer.
