President ’ s Message
Hello and welcome to all of our fire chiefs . Thank you for picking up the spring edition of the Metalfab quarterly newsletter . We ’ ve had an eventful past few months , and we ’ re excited to share some big news with you .
Metalfab is excited to announce our new partnership with Safetek Profire , Canada ’ s leading supplier of fire and emergency vehicles , parts , and service . To better serve our customers in Atlantic Canada , we ’ ve teamed up with Safetek Profire to provide sales and service for two of their esteemed brands : Spartan Emergency Response and Ferrara Fire Apparatus .
As a manufacturer , we have never produced aerial units because it ’ s not a product we are equipped to build effectively . However , this meant that if a customer came to us looking for an aerial unit , we weren ’ t able to help them . Now , with our partnership with Safetek Profire , we are able to provide our chiefs with two full lines of aerial products , including Smeal and LTC units .
In addition to aerial units , we now have demo and stock trucks available for you . Because of our size , we were previously unable to keep these units on site , but our new partnership has empowered us to make these available . If your department experiences an accident or equipment failure , we can now replace it quickly with a Spartan or Ferrara unit .
The partnership also brings a new service aspect to our facility . With the addition of Spartan and Ferrara to our repertoire , Metalfab can now provide service for products in both of these lines .
Our mission is to become partners with fire departments across Canada and the United States , providing you with quality custom apparatus and helping you in any way we can . We value all that you do to keep our communities safe . On behalf of everyone here at Metalfab , I thank you for your service and hope you enjoy the information you find in this newsletter .
