President ’ s Message
Well , it ’ s been over a year since the beginning of the pandemic . We ’ ve seen a huge number of changes take place in that time , but particularly we ’ ve seen changes in the way we communicate . Because we ’ ve had trade shows cancelled , travel limited , and in-person visits heavily restricted , we ’ ve had to come up with new ways to talk and to “ see ” each other . This has especially impacted our relationships with customers and potential customers .
Thanks to technology , we ’ ve been able to overcome many of these barriers . In 2020 , we all learned how to use Zoom and saw a drastic increase in virtual meetings . We ’ ve also extended efforts to deliver information through our social media pages and website resources , such as the blog . Thanks to these digital tools , we ’ ve been able to maintain customer satisfaction and secure prospects while ensuring everyone remains safe and healthy .
Not only has communication been affected but we ’ ve faced an abundance of logistic challenges . Ongoing health and safety guidelines have required us to explore new methods for delivering trucks from factory to customer . We ’ ve also needed to revise our approach to training customers on their new trucks , which we ’ ve accomplished through the use of prerecorded training videos .
We will continue exploring new avenues for enhanced customer communication and evaluating new methods for delivering as efficiently and effectively as possible .
I ’ d like to take this opportunity to extend my gratitude to everyone who saw us through this past year . Your support through the ups and downs of COVID has been invaluable , and we look forward to reaching the light at the end of the tunnel with you very soon .
