Find a comfortable resting position and soften your gaze . Bring your awareness to your breath and notice how your body touches the seat or floor . Now take a deep breath . Move your attention to the top of your head . How does your head feel today ? Bring your attention down to your neck . How does your neck feel today ? Have your thoughts strayed away ? Notice what is happening . Very gently , bring your awareness back to exploring your body . Now , move your attention down to your shoulders . How do your shoulders feel today ? At your own time , direct your attention to the remaining parts of your body . Your arms , how are they feeling today ? Your chest , what are they carrying today ? Your stomach , your pelvis , your back , your legs , your foot , how are they all feeling today ?

Can u feel them ? Are they tired , tight , sore ? How are you feeling about your body right now ? How do you feel today ? Happy , sad , frustrated , tired ?
When you are done exploring , bring your awareness to your entire body . Breathe with your body .
