Ten Minute Step Workout: Toe Tap

Toe taps are as simple as they sound.

Face the stair and alternate tapping your toes on the edge of the step.

Move as quickly as possible so you keep a jogging rhythm as you tap.

Do 3 sets of 30 seconds, taking a short break in between each.

5 Strawberries

2 Squares Melted Milk Chocolate

Skinny Smore

2 Graham Crackers

1 Marshmellow

1 Small Square Dark Chocolate

Spiced Orange

1 Medium Orange

Sprinkle of Cinnamon Powder

Dark Chocolate

1 Block or 3 Squares

MYO Banana Chips

1 Sliced Banana

Dipped in Lemon Juice (then baked)

Cafe Latte

8 ounces steamed Skim Milk

1 shot Expresso

100 Calorie Snacks
