RPAYC mooring on southern side of Barrenjoey Headland
The RPAYC mooring on the southern side of Barrenjoey headland , off station beach , will unfortunately be removed next week . The Club was contacted by the Roads & Maritime Services recently and told that the mooring located at Barrenjoey was unlicensed and needs to be removed .
This apparently dates back to 2000 , and it wasn ’ t acted on by the Club at the time and has only recently been detected by RMS . The Club has a number of mooring applications in other parts of the waterway and in parts further south and continues to follow up on these applications in an effort to
provide additional value to members .
