Podium at 2021 NSW Youth Match Racing Championship
Congratulations to our Youth Development squad teams who competed at the Club Marine NSW Youth Match Racing Championship at Cruising Yacht Club Of Australia over the weekend .
The teams experienced very challenging race conditions with a gusty southerly on Saturday , followed by light and shifty wind on Sunday .
Alistair Read and his team finished in 3rd position overall , beating Jed Cruickshank ’ s team from RSYS in the Petit-Final .
Meanwhile , D ’ Arcy Kemp and team finished in a respectable 6th position overall . This was Kemp ’ s first ever Match Racing Regatta as a Skipper , and he is looking forward to improving his Match Racing knowledge ahead of his next regatta .
