What is it like as a newly engaged couple
working together in an environment as
stressful as a busy kitchen.

We are not going to lie, it is tough most of the
time because the job is incredibly demanding and
stressful. We keep it very professional, when the
two of us walk through the front door at work we
are no longer fiancès, then we are strictly work
colleagues. It has its rewards at the end of the
day, we get to see each other all the time, and
have a few good laughs in the kitchen after a
long day’s work over a glass or 2 of vino.

What are your favourite ‘Winter cooking’
ingredients that are an absolute must have
in the kitchen.

They would definitely be red wine, onions, garlic,
canned tomatoes and thyme.
