It was late afternoon as everyone moved from
Rustenberg to Clouds Estate where they could take
a break and get to enjoy a change of clothes for the
Reception to follow. That evening’s Reception started
with guests arriving at Cavalli Estate to a cold glass
of the best MCC Franschhoek had to offer and the
sound of a gypsy jazz band. Inside the venue, round
1,8m diameter tables had been set-up with ornate
centre pieces of Phalaenopsis orchids and fresh
garden roses. The bridal table was on a white stage
and even a custom designed tablecloth of tulle and
gold was made to the Bride’s specifications. Behind
the Bridal table was an impressive wall of strikingly
beautiful paper flowers, literally hundreds of perfect
paper flowers adorned this stunning backdrop. The
evening’s entertainment was quite the line up with a
fire show and a special set by Jimmy Nevis and his
band followed by French DJ, Didier who kept the
guests dancing till 04:00am.
