Natashja
Natashja lived in Pretoria until the age of 6 before
moving to Strand where she matriculated in 2013.
A fun-loving, chatty person who loves being around
people, Natashja enjoys the outdoors - especially
hunting! “I chose the Aleit Academy because I am
also interested in patisserie and at the Academy I
can learn about events and food simultaneously.
I am looking forward to working in the weddings
or events sections of the industry mainly, however
my long term dream is to open my own coffee and
patisserie shop...” commented Natashja.

Sarah
Sarah is straight from the farm close to the small
town of Riversdale in the Western Cape. She is
a complete nature lover - whether it be shady
green forests or the magnificently blue ocean. You
can usually find Sarah spending time outdoors,
whether it be hiking, swimming or relaxing on the
beach. Sarah really enjoys working with people
and also loves going to different restaurants or
coffee shops, constantly trying new things. Family
is of utmost importance to Sarah and she spends
as much time as possible with them. Sarah has
a real appreciation for beauty and the physical
work put into creating something beautiful.
