Even though I have been in this industry for longer

than I would care to admit, it’s still my driving force. I
still get all teary eyed and feel a sense of pride every

time a Bride makes her way down the aisle. I still get

gooseflesh the moment the Groom locks eyes on his
Bride for the first time.

At the risk of sounding like a complete clichè, being the
founder and CEO of a company like The Aleit Group is
a dream come true. When people ask me what makes

the daily grind and stress of the job worth it, I can easily
reply… it’s the little things. I live for my child’s embrace,

my dog’s tail wagging happily when I get home after

a long day, a thank you mail from a Bride, those little

things are what make it all worth while.
