They will show you what the system offers and how it can streamline your business . You can ask questions and seek to understand how this would apply to your process . And , of course , it ’ s completely no obligation . There ’ s no need to rush into things . You need to be sure you ’ re making the right decision .
Step 3 – Onboarding process If you decide that using intelliflo office and PFP with our support is right for you , our team will then move you into our onboarding process . We work closely with your firm throughout this process to ensure you get everything you need to get the best from your new system . intelliflo experts will consult closely with your management team so they can configure your system licences to fit your business . We ’ ll roll out training to your team members on the elements of the system most relevant to them , making sure that they fully understand how the processes they are used to using will transfer into the new system . And we ’ ll be available to answer your questions as they occur , to help you transition smoothly to your new , more efficient way of working .
Step 4 – Data migration support If you ’ ve decided to move across to intelliflo office from another system , then you ’ ll likely have a huge number of client records that will need transferring accurately and without losses on to the new system . This can be a daunting prospect , which is why we offer a Data Migration Service . Designed to make your migration as smooth as possible , our team will :
• run a scoping session to understand exactly what needs migrating
• build a detailed migration plan to minimise disruption to business as usual
• help you to migrate your data securely on to intelliflo office .
Between onboarding and migration , you should have a system that ’ s ready to go !
Step 5 – Ongoing support Once you ’ re up and running on your shiny new version of intelliflo office , you could be forgiven for thinking you ’ re at journey ’ s end . But , of course , some journeys never end . That ’ s why our team is always here to offer support along the way . You can access their knowledge any time via the hundreds of hours of self-service training videos that are available through our training platform . And if you do manage to find a question that can ’ t be answered through the training portal , our Adviser Services team are always on hand to respond to your issues . In many cases they ’ ll answer your query straight away , or they can refer you to an intelliflo expert for additional support .
