OUR 2022 EVENT PROGRAMME
Despite the obvious challenges of running any type of event today , SimplyBiz has once again created and launched the largest adviser event programme of its kind . When COVID-19 made its first public appearance back in 2020 , the SimplyBiz Events team had already finalised and launched a full programme of events for the year and were about to embark on the first of many planned physical events . About halfway through the first round of Investment Forums , the world as we knew it was about to change , and with it the way we deliver events . Fast forward two years and today ’ s programme is a rich blend of physical , virtual and hybrid events , shaped by recent circumstances , but also by changing appetite and desire – and by new technology and ways to engage and consume information .
An events programme for EVERYONE
Whilst we have always offered a degree of virtual learning and events – The Advice Show , webinars , training and knowledge workshops – face-to-face has always been our primary method of delivery , but all that is changing . As with just about everything we see in today ’ s modern life , technology is playing an increasingly important role in delivering information and events are no different . Appreciating the desire by many to reduce time travelling , be able to consume information in an instant ( wherever they are ) and to be able to watch events when it suits , not always be held to a specific time or place , virtual events are just as important as our face-to-face events . We are committed to providing advisers with real choice – that ’ s choice in terms of event type , format and content , and our 2022 programme offers more of this than ever before .
What to expect
We will once again be delivering multiple rounds of our core events – Learning and Development events , Investment Forums and , for advisers based in the North of England , Northern Ireland and Scotland , our Professional Development events . Whilst each round will continue to be delivered in person , we will again look to offer a virtual option for those who would prefer this , or who may simply be unable to attend in person at that time . As well as our core events , we will also be delivering a number of more niche events across a number of key venues and we have ramped up our virtual programme to the max , providing even more opportunities for insight , learning and training .
