Package of additional support Last year , we launched our package of additional support , with many of the services proving extremely popular . We reviewed the package at the start of the year and made a few enhancements , before relaunching with the elements we believe are of most value to firms right now :
• Payment holiday – we extended our three-month payment holiday on membership fees which proved extremely popular at outset and then later again when further lockdown measures were introduced
• Technology hub – as we ’ ve seen the importance of technology in helping firms to provide advice become ever more prevalent in recent months , we ’ ve created a new hub to bring together best-of-breed solutions
• Extended regulatory support - we have added a range of additional guidance and support in key areas , such as dealing with vulnerable clients
• Client communications – access our enhanced web solution and new complimentary client guides to keep in contact with your clients and provide them with access to regular and reliable information . Furthermore , Centra now offers integrated video conferencing so you can conduct your client meetings via Centra .
• Complimentary training - to ensure that you can support all your client needs , we are pleased to offer you access to an array of complimentary training and support , including our extremely popular will writing and LPA courses
• Investment insight and support – we offer a range of complimentary client guides and access to videos , webinars and much more
• Wellbeing app – get complimentary access to our mental health app , which provides information , resources and practical guidance on how to monitor and safeguard the mental and emotional wellbeing of anyone in your business , and indeed wider family
