not PERFECT LINEN Simply gorgeous I have been a fan of not PERFECT LINEN for some time now. This small family-owned company in Lithuania is creating simple but immensely beautiful linen pieces. Handmade and home-made, each single item is absolutely beautiful and wonderfully crafted. The beauty lies in each piece’s natural simplicity and authenticity, the flaws of hand production it displays and the unique character that can never be recreated by machines. All the pieces are produced from washed linen fabric (flax), specially woven for not PERFECT LINEN by local craftspeople. The company uses simple forms and understated shades to create products for people who love clean-lined beauty and style. The products are defined by a stylish informality and authentic timelessness. These items do not come with some sort of right-from-the-factory odour. They are made by hand in a low-key home studio and the process takes both time and effort. Each item is double washed and dried in the open air to reach extra softness. Simply finished with natural wrinkles born in the process of washing - the products will only get better with every wash and age. I honestly love the entire collection, but the pinafore apron is an everyday favourite of mine. This washed and soft square cross linen apron – Japanese style – comes with two handy pockets. The washed linen of the stylish apron makes it soft, easy to wear, and long lasting. I wear and cherish it whilst cooking, baking, cleaning, gardening, taking photos, and crafting about. It is on me for just about every little thing in my day. So attractive, comfortable and practical, it is timelessly perfect in every way. Utterly wonderful, I love the apron so much that I need to order another one soon. www.notperfectlinen.com www.theaddressmagazine.com 495
