250g brown crab meat
50ml olive oil

Treacle Marinade
Ingredients
500g black treacle
250g dark soy sauce
320g salt marinade
60g ginger
10g finely chopped red chilli
120g finely chopped lemon grass
80g chopped coriander stalks
16 lime leaves
6 lime zests
Method
1. Blend all in food processor or with a
stick blender
2. Place in piping bag
