The city is starting to attract an important stream
of foreign investment in its residential market,

their money can buy in central Lisbon, prices are
inching up and supply is diminishing. There is a
shortage of new developments in prime areas
and investors are snatching up luxury properties
of cultural and historical importance.
Historic yet modern, the city is following the
same path that Barcelona and Berlin did in
