My chief weapon to beat back overwhelm and anxiety from too many tasks is to get away to somewhere quiet and private like your car where there are zero interruptions .
Then I ’ ll switch off my phone or anything else that ’ s going to compete for my attention .
Next , in my journal I make a list of all the things I ’ m stressing about . I just brain dump all the stresses on my mind .
When I have finished my list , I run down the items and highlight 5 or 6 things that I consider are the most urgent or important .
From this list I prioritize my top 3 then my # 1 and get to work .
