B
efore we start, tell us a little
about you and your
background?
I was born in Mobile, Alabama. I
grew up in a modest and humble
environment. I remember
watching the struggles that my
mother went through to keep my
siblings and I taken care of. As a
boy I always told my mother that
one day I would build her a house
and take care of her. As a boy I
was very insecure due to the fact
that I felt like other
family members were constantly
looking down on my mother and
her children. At the age of
eighteen, after graduating high
school, I decided to join the
United States Air Force. I served
as both enlisted and as an officer.
I was stationed all over the world
due to my job as a logistics
specialist. I have lived in South
Korea, Turkey, Panama, Hawaii,
Japan, and Alaska. I have travelled
to Jamaica, Belize, Australia,
Canada, Spain, Germany, Brazil,
China, and other locations around

The book is based on a dream you
had, do you often recall your
dreams and why did this one stand
out so much?
The book is a product of a
series of visions that I experienced
over the course of several weeks.
At the time I began seeking a closer
relationship to God and was going
through quite a rough struggle
mentally, spiritually, and
emotionally. I recall those dreams
as vividly as when I first
experienced them. It can be a very
profound experience when you feel
the presence of the Most High
upon your being.
Were you going though a
particular situation in life at the
time of this dream?
Yes. I was definitely going
through a lot of struggles at this
particular time in my life. The
struggles will come in life but you
realise that, throughout it all, you
still have the free will to change
your life for the better and inspire
change in others. My opinion is
that belief in a higher power and
