that are ever increasing today (like diabetes, cancer, and heart disease),
no mental issues with aging (Alzheimer’s, ADD, Autism) and live long and
functional lives. Even the elders are still physically active and sharp as a
tack mentally.
What do all those civilizations with good health have in common? They still
follow their own ways of eating that have been passed down by their
ancestors. The still the same kinds of preparation, cooking and foods found
in their own natural environment, rather than being made by some food
manufacturing company.
