COX CONSERVES AND YOU:
Multiplying Our Impact x 16,500
To meet our sustainability goals, participation
by Cox employees is essential. In 2015, we
launched Cox Conserves and You as a new
platform to engage employees at a higher
level, gathering their best ideas for operational
improvement and motivating colleagues to
take sustainable actions in their personal lives.
In 2018, the third year of the program, more
than 16,500 employees, 30 percent of our
workforce, participated in environmental
conservation activities. It was an increase
of 10 percent from the previous year —
evidence that we continue to build momentum
in creating a culture of conservation.
