Ramadan Kareem!
Dear Traderian colleagues,
How time flies as we have already completed
more than half of 2013, and what a year it was
so far.
On the business front, we are in line with our
expectations for this year and are confident to
finish the year slightly above budget. Of course
it all depends on the remainder of the year but
I know that the team will go above and beyond
to finally hit the targets expected of us.
Many new Traderians have joined and are already fully incorporated into our
family. Please continue to extend a helping hand to the new ones as it takes
time to adjust to our pace.
Something we have not yet achieved is our Quality objectives for this year.
We are falling short of our expectations and I am counting on everybody’s
involvement and determination to make up for lost ground over the coming
month.
With this special time of the year (Ramadan and summer vacations) comes as
well my desire to wish you and all of your families a peaceful and reflective
Ramadan and a fruitful and enjoyable time with your loved ones.
