Mr. Al Murray also called the hotel and requested our colleagues to take care of his friend, telling them that he is on his way there. “I made a right decision to come to Traders Hotel when my blood pressure shot up last night,” Mr. Darwish said when he presented our colleagues with a big platter of chocolate to show his appreciation for saving his life. On 21 March 2013, Mr. Maen Darwish, the Assistant General Manager from Power Tech Company suddenly realized that he was having hypertension while driving. He tried to call his friends for help but none was near enough to be of any assistance. “Go to Traders Hotel. They will be able to help you.” Finally, his friend Mr. Al Murray, a regular guest at the hotel advised him when he found out that Mr. Darwish is actually quite near to Traders Hotel, Dubai. The ambulance arrived at hotel in 10 minutes and after doing the necessary treatment, Mr. Darwish was sent to the hospital. Win Mar also updated Mr. Al Murray accordingly. The next day, EOD Aung Than Soe made a call to check on Mr. Darwish’s condition and was happy to know that he had already recovered. On the same day, Mr. Darwish came back to the hotel with a big chocolate platter to express his appreciation to our colleagues. Jaishan, Win Mar and Aung Than Soe not only showed their care to our guests and colleagues, but also those from outside the hotel. Mr. Darwish immediately drove to Traders Hotel and arrived at 10.05 pm. “I need medical assistance, please help me,” he told Jaishan, the security guard on duty.
