Working and joining a prestigious company like Shangri-La will give you a good
reason to feel happy in the first place, how much more if you experienced
personally the genuine hospitality that they are offering not only to their guests
but also extend it to their employees.
In order for us to become successful in life, either in our professional or personal
life, we must have values that we can use to guide us to become a better boss in
our workplace and a better husband and father to our wife and kids. Same thing
with the core values that we have in the company, I believe that we should be
honest, trustworthy and knows how to respect colleagues and friends in the
workplace. This is self explanatory so I don’t have to elaborate on these three
values that are most important to me.
People need recognition. We should recognize each employee's hard work and
